caféOur Café is situated on the right as you enter across the cattle grid. Registration and check-in are here. There are picnic tables nearby with plenty of shade.
The café stocks all the necessary essential items with hot and cold food ready to go.

Our Café
We look forward to welcoming you. Currently, the Café is operated by volunteers and has a limited menu but many frozen takeaway options are available and can be heated for you in the Café.
After 2020 full menus can be expected again. Sometimes our volunteers are busy elsewhere on the property – there are messages on the notice board near the Café door alerting you as to how to contact us. We are more than happy to come as soon as you let us know you are there.

Booking is pleasant in the air-conditioned Café where cold or hot drinks, snacks, and basic food items can be bought.
There is also a display of local attractions like the rainbow bee-eater, ‘devils’ dice, Hematite crystals and selections of rocks.
Postcards and cards are available as well as basic food items, ice creams, ice, pies, and frozen goods. (You might even find that small item you forgot to bring and need so much). Café is open 6 days a week but closed every Saturday.

We can accommodate guests arriving by vans, motor homes and big rigs. We offer camping & caravan sites and self contained units.
Office Hours
9am to 5pm Sunday to Friday
Please contact our friendly staff if planning to arrive on Saturday as the office is closed from Friday 5 pm to Sunset Saturday and arrangements can be made for your arrival.
